NutriPatra Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
NutriPatra ("the app", "we") is a weekly Indian meal planner published by Quadrine. This policy explains what information the app handles and why. In short: your meal plans and preferences stay on your device, we do not run ads, and we do not track you.
Information that stays on your device
- Your diet, state, theme, weekly plans, custom meals and custom meal types are stored locally on your device. We do not receive them.
Information we collect
Without an account. When the app starts it creates a random installation ID and sends it, with your platform (for example "ios"), to our server so the app can download the dish library and keep it up to date. This ID is not linked to your name or contact details.
If you choose to sign in. Signing in is optional. Depending on the method you pick, we receive:
- Email sign-in: your email address. We email you a one-time code; only a hashed copy of the code is stored, and it expires after 10 minutes.
- Sign in with Apple: Apple's private user identifier and, if you share them, your name and email address (which may be Apple's private relay address).
- Sign in with Google: Google's user identifier and your email address.
We link your account to your installation ID so that the same account can be recognised on each device you sign in on.
How we use information
- To deliver the dish library and updates to the app.
- To sign you in and recognise your account across your devices.
- To send the one-time sign-in code you request.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (for example limiting how often codes can be requested).
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
Sharing
Information is processed on our own server. We share it only with the sign-in provider you choose (Apple or Google) to verify your identity, and where required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep account information while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Settings, then your account, then Delete account). Deleting removes your name, email address and sign-in identifiers from our server, and your devices go back to being anonymous. Installation IDs of anonymous devices are kept only as long as needed to operate the service.
You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing us at the address below.
Security
Data is sent to our server over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
NutriPatra is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to its processing. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
Health and nutrition information
Nutrition values and allergen notes in the app are estimates for general information and are not medical advice.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for material changes we will let you know in the app.
